Adult only sites that feature nudity, pornography or sex-related merchandising, as well as sites that promote illegal activity or content, will not be considered for inclusion in our affiliate program. Sites that that use any form of "ParasiteWaretm" to change, intercept or redirect commissions from other affiliates, or any site engaging in "spamming" in order to promote our products or their site will be terminated from our affiliate program, and any commissions earned from such activity will be forfeited. We accept affiliates from most countries, and ship worldwide to most countries. Due to the high rate of credit card fraud originating from certain countries in Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe, however, there are some restrictions on countries to which we will ship and/or from which we will accept affiliates.

Absolutely! We place no restrictions on purchases for personal use. However, if you're thinking that you'll join the program just to get a discount on personal purchases, and have no intention of actively promoting the program, think again. If we determine that an affiliates purchases are ONLY for personal use, and no other sales activity is occurring or being promoted, we will likely drop that affiliate from the program.

Payments are issued via check and PayPal on the 20th of each month. These payments are made to those affiliates who have reached the $50 minimum BEFORE the end of the previous month. For example, if an affiliate earns $50 by the end of February, they are paid those commissions on March 20th. If the affiliate did not reach the $50 minimum until March 1st, those commissions would be paid on April 20th. We have to allow time review sales and leads in case of returns, invalid credit cards, or even fraud.

Tax and shipping are excluded because we don't earn any profit from them. If we don't make a profit on them, we can't pay affiliates for them. Gift certificates are excluded to avoid paying double commissions on sales (once when the gift certificate is sold, and again when the gift certificate is redeemed for merchandise). We DO offer 180 day cookies, however, so the chances of earning commission on the redemption of gift certificates is very good. We will also attempt to track the redemption of gift certificates back to the affiliate who originally sold it, if possible, and enter manual commissions into the system.

Affiliates are permitted to use virtually any content from our site (ie, images, product data and other written content) to promote our products. We have a data feed available to assist you in quickly building product pages for your site. The only thing we ask you NOT to use, are our site design graphics (ie, our "look and feel").

The first thing to check is the HTML you're using to link to our site. If you have coded the link incorrectly, we will not be able to track any orders back to your site. For example, the link must contain your Affiliate ID, so if this parameter is missing, we can't record a commission. If you copied the HTML from the appropriate place on your affiliate login page, then most likely there are no errors in the HTML. If you've made any changes to the HTML, review the previous topic on linking to specific pages to ensure your links are coded correctly. Feel free to contact us and ask that we review your links for any errors.
As with brick-and-mortar stores, not everybody that "comes in through the door" will make a purchase. This is even more true with Internet stores and particularly in the lingerie industry which tends to draw lots of window shoppers. This is compensated, somewhat, by the larger number of click-throughs we get as opposed to other types of stores. If you're only sending us a few visitors a day, it may take a while before you see an order. Read on, though...
The orders-to-visitors ratio varies wildly among our affiliate sites based on the type of visitor that is attracted to the affiliate site. For example, sites that advertise lots of pictures don't do as well as sites that focus on offering resources to shoppers. If your site is attracting lookers instead of shoppers, it's quite conceivable that you could send us a thousand visitors and not one of them will place an order. If you're sending us a decent amount of traffic and your links are coded correctly and you're still not earning any commissions, then in all likelihood, you're sending us visitors who have little desire to buy lingerie.
As a final check, you (or somebody you know who might want to buy some lingerie) can always place a small order, to assure yourself that the tracking mechanism is working properly. Be sure to begin your shopping session by clicking one of the links on your site!
